Welcome to TNT Boer Goats

TNT Boer Goats is a partnership between my dad, Don Thrift, and myself, Pam Thompson. We have been raising boer goats since 1998. Our main emphasis are 4-H and FFA boer wethers and good quality breeding stock. Our boer wethers and does have won several Grand Champion and Reserve Champion titles, as well as many class winners, in different counties in Indiana and Ohio. We have many satisfied customers who return, year after year, for their 4-H and FFA boer wethers. Boer breeding stock buyers have also returned to buy more boer breeding stock as they expand their own operations.

We are very excited about our newest buck. We have just purchased AABG/2DOX Hostage, a JRA1 Agnew’s Collateral Damage son, out of 2DOX Sheer Elegance. Collateral Damage, or CD as he is known, was Grand Champion Buck at the 2004 NAILE. He was also Grand Champion Buck at the 2005 Ft. Worth Stock Show on Day 1 and again on Day 2. Hostage has also shown himself to be a winner. He was Reserve Champion Buck at the Michiana Goat Breeders Show in Goshen Indiana. Check out his picture! This will be an awesome addition to our breeding program. We are currently using a double bred EGGSfile (Ennobled) grandson named KF EGGScalibur. We are also using an RRD P463 (Ace) (Ennobled) son named Hoover Hill Jackpot, who is out of a Rascal daughter. These bucks have been working well for us. We have both percentage and fullblood boer does. We are striving for does with excellent maternal instincts, as well as good milk production, and ease of kidding. Our does have been doing a great job for us, raising kids that hit the ground strong and keep getting better and better. Please go to our Does page, and check out some of our girls.

On our For Sale page, we have several nice young FB bucks, as well as, young FB does and percentage does. Please check them out. We will also be consigning several bred does and young does to the Tri-State Boer Goat Sale at Greensburg, IN on Sept. 24, 2005. We will have more info on these does, and the sale, closer to the sale date.
